Bob Gilmore

An enterprising, forward-thinking executive with strong relationships in the National Home Builder and General Contractor markets, Bob has over 30 years’ experience helping scale middle market companies as well as managing various enterprise divisions of Fortune 500 companies. His experiences range from Interior Logics Group, The Home Depot (THD) and Stock Building Supply (Coleman Flooring). Bob is proficient at delivering results, creating growth, and driving profitability within his organizations. ​

Bob is a well-regarded executive with deep relationships in the home builder and construction sectors. He developed a business. model to meet the needs of national home builders utilizing a self-performing strategy along with controlling the supply chain to differentiate their business and add value. It is this same business model strategy in which insurance carriers have expressed strong interest. ​

Kevin Gallagher

Kevin Gallagher has spent more than 35 years growing and honing his experience in the construction and interior finishes industry. He holds several certifications, including OHSA, All Terrain Operator and Trainer and Florida Residential Contractor. In his position as COO, Gallagher oversees the day-to-day operations of RescomX, ensuring that all systems, resources, and people are in place to achieve the goals of the company. He has relished the three years he has spent with RescomX thus far. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years, kids, and grandkids, knitting, and collecting sneakers.

Gregory Marholin

A seasoned Insurance Executive with over 30 years of experience in global sales, operations, strategy, execution, and leadership. Led $1B division of Fortune 500 Technology organization and 40+ employees. Provided solutions across the insurance life cycle from acquisition, underwriting and claims. ​

Helped insurance carriers develop products, identify profitable customers, evaluate risk, identify fraud, optimize claims and other processes. Ran insurance operations for Private Equity arm of $300M Construction organization focused exclusively on the Florida market. Parent company provided residential and commercial construction to national builders and Fortune 500 companies using a business model based on being over 80% self-performing and leveraging buying power to control supply chain. ​

Proven results launching new ventures, diversifying existing businesses, fostering collaborative environments, and motivating teams. Skilled at identifying and cultivating long-term partnerships and creating and implementing strategies and solutions to maximize mutual goals. Lori Perrotti

Lori Perrotti brings more than 25 years of experience in operations and end-to-end project and program management to her leadership role at RESCOMX. Over the course of her career, she has led IT, physical infrastructure engineers, and technical project management teams in the design, planning, and deployment of new, expanding, and remodel sites throughout the United States and North America in support of multiple billion-dollar initiatives at The Home Depot. In her vital role as Chief Compliance Officer, Perrotti is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of ethical and regulatory compliance within RESCOMX operations.

 Her comprehensive tasks include overseeing and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Perrotti plays a crucial role in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, implementing robust compliance programs, and fostering a culture of ethical conduct within the organization.

 A Florida native, Perrotti and her family enjoy nature, boating, fishing, and wood-burning fires.

Daniel Goldberg

Dan Goldberg is a proven leader in the construction industry, having served in management roles across various construction and materials companies during his tenured career thus far. Goldberg originally joined the RESCOMX team as the Vice President of Sales for the Central Florida market, and has since been promoted. In his new role as Senior Vice President, Goldberg is responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of the interior finishes team, accounting and purchasing. He is a graduate of Rutgers University, as well as a proud husband to his wife Breanne and his three daughters, Bryce, Scarlett and Abigail. In his spare time, Golberg enjoys traveling, reading and studying history.

David Cochran

David Cochran has more than 30 years of experience in management, operations and leadership with a demonstrated history of developing, training, implementing and reviewing operational policies and procedures. In his role as RezcomX’s Vice President of Operations, Cochran is responsible for overseeing, planning, directing, training and coordinating both  operations and estimating activities. An alumnus of Florida State University, Cochran is a devoted husband and father.

Marc Money

Marc builds and maintains strong relationships with our customers, his team, and helps guide the overall estimating and project management process from conception to project closeout. He delivers large, complex project estimates, contributes to processes and procedures, and is credited to planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with our organizational goals. He enjoys spending time with his granddaughter, grandson, sons, and daughter, watching, and attending auto races, bowling, and the beach.

Lisa Rudgers

Lisa Rudgers is a seasoned Human Resources professional, having spent two decades in both HR and Business Operations, working with companies such as Marriott and Paychex. She is thrilled to now be managing HR for RescomX employees. As a leader, Rudgers’ goal is to make her team members feel at home while at work. In her spare time, Rudgers enjoys boating and spending time with her family.

Courtney Lilly

Courtney Lilly is a skilled marketing professional who is eager to bring her talents to the construction field. Lilly joined the team in January 2023, and is responsible for all marketing and branding projects for RESCOMX. An alumnus of Bowling Green State University, Lilly moved from Cincinnati to Florida in 2017, and has been enjoying the sunshine state ever since. In her spare time, she enjoys trips to the beach and trying new restaurants.

Gary Blair

A Senior Executive experienced in the following industry segments: Property and Casualty Insurance, Federal, State and Local Government, Information Technology and Non-Profit Organizations. Roles include Vice President of Claims, Vice President of Operations, Chief of Police, CIO of Public Protection Agencies, National Senior Practice Director and Chairman of the Board. Primary responsibilities included: Directing operational and tactical law enforcement commands. Developing innovative law enforcement solutions utilizing new and emerging technology. Managing and directing strategic and tactical sales teams in the state and local government market. Selling and managing complex projects. Leading complex cross-functional teams charged with re-engineering operational processes to accomplish strategic corporate objectives. Enabling non-profit organizations to develop strategic plans and become financially sustainable organizations. Highly skilled in communications, relationship development, team building, coaching, leadership, critical thinking, analytical analysis, problem solving and negotiating. 

Gary has had an esteemed career with many executive roles in the Claims and Operations for top insurance carriers such as VP Claims and Corporate Business Development for Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan and VP Operations for Allmerica Financial (Hanover Insurance Group and Citizens Insurance Company of America/IL/Midwest/OH). He also held the position of Senior Vice President of Enservio (a Solera Company), a leader property contents claims management. Gary is well respected and a thought leader in the claims arena. We are honored to have him as a part of our Advisory Board.

Joe is a well-respected insurance executive having held the President/CEO role with Tower Hill Prime and Select Insurance, President/CEO and Board Member of Integrity Mutual Insurance (a part of Grange Insurance) and President of Personal Lines and VP Product Research & Development of Grange Insurance. He understands insurance, the Florida market, and the claims eco-system. We are excited to have him as a member of our Advisory Board.
